When I diet properly I drop a lot of weight, if I can get below 94, that would be an all new low for me, I seem to be on track to make my 90kg goal by the end of july, then it will be 85 by end of september, then it will be building muscel up to december, to get my beach bod on.
209.9 lb Lost so far: 7.9 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
