65-ish carbs and 1.5 grams of fat per 1 cup. Plus the cashew milk used for the cheese powder

The shells and cheese were Road's End organic brand. Not my own invention 😝 and lacking that salty flavor real kraft mac n cheese has. But its a good base to work with and relatively low fat!

I bought these shells and cheese in a chain store here in southern Indiana called Rainbow Market... But the Annie's brand you can find in Kroger/JayC stores is just as good.
