I like these "eat this not that" things - reminders that how much you eat doesn't mean the same as the calories taken in.

U can eat a Lil bit of high calorie food and end up in 950 or u can eat a lot 😋😋😋😋 n end up in 950, ok I’m gonna take a chill 😉

Posted in wrong thread. Here you go: @Rosio: I quite a agree about the calorie deficit. Regardless of what plan you follow there must be a calorie deficit to lose weight. In my journal is a "back and forth" of many pages over that issue. And yes, eat real food, and even high calorie food. I eat a lot of fat. But I don't eat much carbs/sugar. So, both choices contained too many carbs for what I'm trying to accomplish. Also, I was trying to get across that it's not really the amount of food that is the issue, but the satiety it provides. Such an approach is not for everybody, but I like it. I love your posts, keep at it! All the best!!

this is a great visual - I tell everyone that I can eat whatever I want - I just have to add it up and to have it make sense with my WOE - making better choices and portion control is key for my success. and I love chicken Katsu - basically all Hawaiian food...

Well. Neither is really acceptable. 950 calories is way too much for a single meal. I really would want to see the F/C/P of both meals before deciding.
