This diet is really working ! I down another two pounds! WOW.....188
I'm excited to see that the weight is falling off! Yesterday was I craved for a snack, but I didn't give in to the temptation of the smooth nutty chocolate bar....and I'm glad I didn't! Today I am down anther 2 pounds and I am love it! I fell great not tried nor hungry!
