My diet concentrates on fruit and vegetable, Very tiny peaces of biscuit, only one low fat yogurt, one quick made mushroom soup. Walking for 30 minutes every day.No hard exercise. every 3 days there will be protein meal from sea food or vegetarian sources. Of course, drinking not less than 2 ltr of water every day. I am in my 3 day diet now :).
180.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
