I don't plan on weighing myself until Sunday, but I took measurements today. I REALLY want to lose some weight before I go see me husband in Panama. I do not want to feel like a beached whale while sunning on the beach. I would really like to lose 15 lbs by the end of July. That is only one month. I would be happy with 10, but really want to reach 15. I can do this!! I do not want to quit this time. I have so much motivation, but not the will. So I will focus on a new motivation each week. This week: slimming down for sunbathing on the beach and not looking (or feeling) like a beached whale. Bathing suit...here I come!
