Managed to eat 3 or maybe 4 pieces of a terrys chocolate minty orange. And far to many pringles.
NOT a good day. Am going to bed.
Why cant i be like all the others on here and lose some bloody weight?!
And dont say its cos i eat crap, i know that already!
Tomorrow is another day.

Oops!! You know what I try to do when I'm having a bad day - carry on recording everything that I eat, no matter how bad. I'm sure that helps limit the damage, because I don't want to look like a complete pig!! Just put it behind you anget back on track tomorrow - and definitely stay away from the Pringles!! Focus Sam! :D

I know i know. But i am going to the gym to sign up tomorrow! That must take some of the weight off! And not only on my wallet! Your right, i wonder if the food section on this site has terrys chocolate and pringles listed?!!!

Aw... we all have bad days... what's important is to just to get back on the wagon. Just keep that focus... you can do it!! I find the diet calendar very helpful in helping me keep that focus. Being in the UK too though, I've had to add much of the food that I eat. But then add it once and it's there for the future... so is no big deal. Keep hanging in there Sam though and hope you're having a nice weekend.
