I ate a reese peanut butter cup and had a rum and coke to get over a pat hurt just the other day......no regrets is my motto. Ill recommit. women are way too hard on themselves.If the ex thinks im fat he should ahve seen me at 115 lbs.I wasnt always happy then. Im 59 years old. ive lead a good life. men wnat what they want when they want it. So in many ways all im saying is be good to yourself and dont beat yourself up if u do slip and have the dam potato chips ladies.Today ill do yogurt. Ive had the gastric sleeve and im recommitng.

Gosh that looks delish. Im going to go out and buy some nice tofu. be good to myself.Maybe become vegitarian. I dont knwo how people do it. my sister is.

try soft silken Tofu with grated frozen ginger and a few drops of soy sauce🙂 or dashi Japanese kelp and bonito sauce.....tastes better than it sounds
