Ok, I’m done being angry with my scale and myself. I needed time to just get my head on. So today, up at 5:30. I have already made ( probably the best ever) white /sourdough bread for my family. They choose- I bake! I have no desire to even try it. I had my vacation, now it’s back to my goals. I’m going spinning this morning. Then home to knit, tidy up the house for our company this Friday. I think too many new things got in my way. Diet and company? They are saying we get your on a diet, but you will drink with us, eat with us; right? I may have strayed this weekend but now I’m ready to step up to the task at hand. Keep in mind this is Monday, the first batch of back to back company comes Friday evening!
226.3 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 70.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
