i havent tried the #butterin my coffee.. how is it? i want to but i love my coffee soo much ill feel like im cheating.. lol

@poison1vy - Butter in your coffee is the greatest tasting thing in the world. I'm only taking in 600-800 calories today so I allow myself this indulgence :)

I like it ok but more a fan of the mct oil in my coffee, I can get by with decaf because mct clears your brain and gives you energy while healing your body, I must admit my body likes at least a tsp full of butter each day I just prefer it on veggies.

I put mct oil in mine too I buy mine at the grocery store Kroger... but you can find the mct oil at many grocery stores,,,, most are caring it now ...if I add butter and 1 tsp of mct oil plus my steevia I use my bullet to blend it up OMG! its so frothy delicious I got this idea from one of the members here...its so good...the oils are blended so you truly enjoy your coffee...have a great energized day:)

what is mct oil? I am just thinking of trying keto, can premier protein meal replace ments work with it?

MCT is medium chain triglycerides which is beneficial for metabolism. energy. and brain function.

Be careful with MCT oil. It can give you wicked stomach issues at first. Don't plan on leaving your home for a few hours. 😳
