I’ll take it; since I enjoyed first Friday last night!!!
I ate a lobster roll; gyro stuffed with fries and 3 hard drinks!!! And an twist ice cream cone!!
My body fat went down..... hmmmmm
162.6 lb Lost so far: 19.3 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
