I am very much enjoying the two challenges I am in -- Walk and Water, and 5 Tibetan Yogas. They both are helping me to focus on the easy, good things I can do for myself to keep moving and detoxing as I slowly lose weight. Wonderful challenges and highly recommended.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 9.7 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
