So far I have been working out at the gym with weights for about a month now. Initially I was only able to do 1-2 days a week but now I bumped it up to 3 days. What I am doing is Circuit Training and only using light weights (Not too Light) but I am using just enough weights to where if I tried to lift 5 pounds more I wouldn't be able to. So for "Body for life" I would suppose to be working out 3 x a week 45 min of weights and the other 3 days of cardio only for 20 minutes. So I will be aspiring to do that. But right now 2 Hours combining cardio and weights 3 x a week and then walking 2 miles the other days will be what I will be doing for the next month. I Think my eating I am on my way to understanding how Important having enough protein is and the fact that for the past two days I lost my sweet tooth which is amazing in itself.
I still need to having a better understand of how much protein versus carbs and fat i Should be having everyday and also what I need to get my Heart rate to % wise in order to burn fat. It's not 100% clear to me yet. So if anyone knows please let me know.
