Well I put on 1.6 lbs.. I thought I was doing ok this past week BUT..
NOT SO!! You know I could feel it to be honest with y'all. I haven't been exercising so I'll try harder to be dilligent with that.
Sorry to let my team down....But I'll bounce back!! Cheers to everyone that lost it for me! haha..
196.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1,6 isn't a huge amount once you get back to exercise it will go. well done on your weight loss so far.
