I had leftover grilled chicken for dinner tonight.
Yup, you read that correctly. I, Bobbey M, ate leftover chicken. I even liked it. Amazing, isn't it? LOL My reasoning is that (1) it was originally grilled and (2) I reheated it using the residual oven heat from the bread. Would I eat it warmed in the microwave? Probably not. Guess I need to learn to like cold chicken for week days. ;)
All together I did pretty good today. Skipped breakfast and lunch, which isn't good I know, but I wasn't hungry. During a previous dieting phase a few years ago, I learned to only eat when I'm hungry and to eat slowly so I don't overeat. Now I have to relearn to at least have a small healthy snack instead of skipping meals entirely. *sigh*
