Ha Ha! After a full night sleep not only did I lose another 0.6 lbs - I lost another inch off my waist. I have a 22.5 inch waist. hehehehe. Very happy! The gods of dieting are shinning down on me. I haven't been this "light" in 4 years (if not more). It feels great.

I made my first quiche yesterday. Not a cook but that's something low carb eating has changed. I have to cook myself. It was eggplant and olive rich with mozzarella and butter crusted over the creamy eggs. I made and ate 4 portions!!! that's over 1600 cals.

That's all I had though so not so bad, I guess. There was like a cup of cheese on that quiche and I was sure it would stall the weight loss. Now I think not all cheeses are created equal. Its cheddar that makes me stall and too much cream cheese. I'm good with goat's cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and heavy cream.

How is everyone else doing this fine Sunday morning?

(p.s. I moved from the orange bar to the yellow bar with this shift in weight!)
139.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
