I really need to monitor my intake more. I'm working out three times a week, and I need to work in a fourth time. Aside from that, I'm doing OK. Yesterday wasn't good as far as food was concerned, but I *did* manage to not eat all of the mashed potatoes that was with the pot roast I got at a restaurant. In fact, it was probably less than half. Admittedly the potatoes weren't that good, but still -- there are plenty of times I eat crap just because it's there.

Tennis is going OK for me -- slow improvement -- but not so good for the boyfriend. I hope he doesn't decide to quit ... unless he's going to consistently be cranky when we play. Then he can quit; I'll just double-up my lessons (PRICEY).
158.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 38.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I always order extra veggies instead of potatoes, that way I don't have to look at them. LOL. Whenever they bring bread with the meal I remove it from my plate immediately or else I'd eat IT too.

Sounds like you're doing pretty well. And you have some great goals, so I'm sure you'll start seeing even more of a weight loss!
