I am still eating healthy, but too much. I had Smartfood Delight Popcorn this morning as a snack. I had 2 servings. It was a healthy choice and I limited it to two servings instead of the whole bag, but I need to work on one serving instead of two. And, since I had my afternoon snack of a frozen fruit and milk smoothie, I will have to get through the afternoon with tea or water and strawberry Altoid mints. This is something I need to learn how to do...to pass time without eating. :-/ I need to keep my dinner limited to a salad or a protein with a veggie. and I will go to the gym again tonight. I need to go to the work gym this afternoon, too.
