To be honest when I lost most of my weight I never weighted myself. Now I do to keep myself on check.

I definitely count calories. I peek at my macros but I don’t stress about them much, cause i know calories are what dictate if u lose, maintein, or gain weight. The main thing I focus on is calories n hitting 90g-120grams of protein a day (for muscle reasons). I don’t believe in needing cardio for weight lose. I believe in lifting weights. I dislike the gym, but I also know I would have never gotten my results if I would have not been 🏋️‍♀️. I dislike the gym, I LOVE the results of lifting weights. I currently am not fasting but I believe in fasting 18- 6hrs eating window.

Yes maintenance is very difficult 😅 we gotta understand that we can never eat as much as a person that’s physically similar as we are in goal weight. For instance my sister in law has always been 125lbs ( as an adult) eating whatever she wants, now I’m 120-125lbs. I can never ever eat as much as she can. Her body is different than my body (even thou we now weight the same) I gotta admit it, accept it and if I want to feel good about my physical appearance I will forever have to watch what I eat. Forever.
