It now hard to follow how I've been eating all my life. Never was much of a bread eater. Rice is my think and can have some pasta sometimes but I wouldn't miss it too much. Its people friendly and no explanations (much) necessary. Trying to decipher Atkins and South Beach was just too hard. I just want to eat.
