Restarted my diet yesterday April 2. I decided its time to quit dieting and start eating healthy portions and a balance of good foods. Carbs are my downfall so will follow WW with low carb choices.
198.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.9 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
