Started for the last time yesterday! So tired of talking about it and not doing anything about it. I began walking and exercising 5 days a week. Starting slow but hope to increase time as I go. After going back and forth between WW and Atkins I decided I need something that I can live with the rest of my life. Don't think Atkins for me is for the long haul. WW is sensible eating with portion control. Believe its something I can live with as its not so much a diet but more a healthy way of eating. I plan on checking in here weekly to post my weight. At 62 yrs I need to start a life change before my life choices cause a life changing health event.
197.2 lb Lost so far: 1.7 lb.    Still to go: 52.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
