I guess it is due to Aunt Flo's impending visit but my weight has not seen much change. Some up and down Wednesday and Thursday and this morning back down. We leave early tomorrow morning on a drive to Eugene, Oregon to watch a couple of days of the Olympic Trials. So I will weigh tomorrow morning and then cannot weigh again until Tuesday morning.

I have pre-made some low carb tortilla chips and will pack a little cooler to take on the drive (although my husband will have his own ideas). He is diabetic and I try to eat fewer sugars than he does.

I will pack an atkins shake in the cooler and some lunch meat and maybe get some brie to leave out in the sun (to have with my chips when we stop).

Tuesday will be tough because I know I will not be working on a lot of sleep and that is another time when I binge...when I have not had much sleep.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 21.4 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
