Day 25: What to eat when I'm exercising hard?

Adjusting to changes.



The last two hot days have zapped me of my energy and I just want to sleep. Granted there's a lot of emotional roller coasters with work, family, end of school, tests, etc. I have to admit I am making bad food choices (what emotion am I eating?) and when I eat the wrong foods I feel like crap. However, I am absolutely kicking butt with exercising and just keep going for it no matter what.

I am a warrior and am learning to adjust to the environment. I may not always get it right and I am learning even if it starts with what's not working.
