Kelly140's Journal, 01 April 2018

Came across a new recipe a while ago, finally decided to try it out.
Chicken w/ lemon-basil sauce.
Not only was it fantastic... but I plugged the recipe into FS and it’s only 211cal per serving.
Add the rice and veggies... under 400 for the whole meal.
