I feel your frustration! I hope it makes you feel better to know you aren't alone! My weight went UP this morning after not budging for almost 2 weeks and I have been exercising more than ever and eating 100% on plan! You are doing the right thing by not giving up or giving in and pushing yourself to do more. Let's do this!

Hi there...understand how you feel about not losing. This weekend i stayed strict with my diet...and was starving!!! yikes!! only yielded 1.2 pounds.....but then the nurse at my diet clinic reminded me that i have lost almost 7 pounds in less than a week....i was like..oh yeah! hahaha....when i look at your stats...youve done so well....lost alot since jan 15..so less than 2 weeks..so dont get discouraged...remember how well youve done...youll lose again really soon!!

Just stay motivated. It's normal for the speed of weight loss to slow down drastically after losing a large amount of weight quickly. Just keep your metabolism guessing by switching things up in your diet, do lots of cardio and you'll get those pounds off in no time.

Just wanted to check in on my yellow teammate - it is not unusual to have a rapid drop followed by a mini plateau - just stick with it and add a little more exercise to push you off the plateau! Good luck this week matey!
