A bit of a challange to keep meals ballanced....but it appears to work....when I wake in the morning not really hungary...this morning had to force up sore from yesterdays was only an hour but it killed me....still have Zumba tonight....PAIN IS MY NAME!!!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
