Lost another pound since yesterday and starting to feel like the water is off of me now. Should be all fat from here on out which means the pounds will come off slower. I am okay with that.

My daily stats:

Blood Glucose - 106 (Oooohhhhhh Yeahhhhh!!!) :) Shooting for below 100 still but I am very happy with my progress.
Weight - 221 (it was actually 220.5 but I just rounded it up)
221.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey congratulations!!! Seems like you and I have both been on similar roads the last year. I was doing really well and 'fell off the wagon' so started over this month. It is all a learning experience, it is developing good habits, it is making choices ALWAYS...I keep telling myself all of these things as I take each day one day at a time. Great on the blood glucose! I have heavy diabetes that run through my family, and do not want to get it and that is one thing that I keep reminding myself of. My husband is diabetic and I believe I eat far less sugars than he does.
