Been working on this for a few months now, but I've struggled with weight all of my life. I also have Crohn's disease which makes weight loss even more important to my overall well-being. Really hoping I can turn things around before we have our next baby. Baby number 1 is 8 months old. She's growing fast! We're about ready to start trying again.
I'd like to lose 75 lbs before the next baby, but my overall goal is 120 lbs away. Healthy.
