Feeling allright. Managing to stick to my Summer Bang Challenge. Still not exercising like I should, but am happy with my progress so far.
I found a couple of great gals to share the journey with and they are very supportive. I don't know that I'm as supportive as I should be back to at them. Trying to navigate my way around this site.
I find I'm enjoying the challenge. It really does keep me motivated. Once this challenge has ended I will join another one to hold me accountable as well.
Not much has changed stress wise for me.. sometimes I do wonder if I just worry about stupid things that I have no control over..?? Why YES I do just that! haha... As I wrote that sentence I realised that's exactly what I'm doing. Hmmmm deep thoughts......

I CAN and will do this. I feel blessed that I only have the amount of weight to lose that I have. It is a struggle to lose any amount of poundage (is that a word?), but 55 more pounds is not a whole lot but it is MY own amount to lose.
