protein helping me crave less junk food, and keeps me full. struggle to get exercise in on weekends, will plan in advance. goal is 1 kg/weekunril departure. Julie


179.2 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
