You know, the first week or so I was really into this...
But I am weak or something. I keep going back to my old eating ways so easy.
I've kept to walking everyday but I ate bad if that makes sense?
And what makes it worse is I twisted and banged my ankle up really badly today and it's hard to bend at all. I'm leaving for vacation next week so I think I'm gonna let it heal up, go on my trip and try to just eat moderate.
When I come back I am gonna try my hardest to get into shape, I just am a very impatient person who wants instant results. At least I can admit that.
Anyway, I am gonna get ready for bed.
Goodnight everyone.
Thank you.

Sorry to hear about your ankle I hope it gets better soon. You will do great try to remember to eat "right" have a salad with fruit or get some weight watcher hamburgers in frozen section and add you own lettuce tomato etc. When I want a hamburger that what I do, I do toast the roll and microwave the cheeseburger part it makes it taste better,
Buy some 100 calorie snacks and keep them on hand they help me in a pinch when I am hungry a couple of goodies i love to have is cheetos baked, skinny cow chocolate, I eat a piece of fruit first then I treat myself. YOU CAN DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes. Don't get discouraged! Don't forget that instant results aren't just measured in a scale. Keep in mind how good you feel. Never completely sacrifice the foods you cannot live without. You will always feel like a failure when you break down and binge. Just get ahead of your cravings. If you know you need a chocolate fix try a healthier way to bring it in your diet. Homemade smoothies, healthy cereal bars, etc.

Definitely don't exercise with an injured ankle - let it heal completely, you could do permanent damage. Don't put pressure on yourself with 'good' and 'bad' foods, keep logging it no matter what and pick out the 'highlights' and each day try to have one more of them - baby steps can still walk a marathon!
