When I woke up this morning I was so sore it I had to strategically figure out how to get out of bed. I went to Body Flow, a mixture of tai chi, yoga and Pilates. Great stretch!

1372 kcal Fat: 51.94g | Prot: 57.82g | Carb: 175.17g.   Breakfast: banana, Great Value Frozen Berry Medely, Great Value Frozen Sliced Peaches, Original Soymilk, Acai Berry Classic , egg. Lunch: on the go crystal light green tea, great value whole wheat elbow maccaroni, bertolli four cheese rosa. Dinner: Fisher Whole Natural Almonds, wild salmon fillets, lemon, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, Mashed Cauliflour. Snacks/Other: pure silk chocolate almond milk. more...
