Well, I have been inadvertently 'helped' this week by one of my coworkers trying to get me fired! Have had no appetite whatsoever! LOL it's all resolved now, since she had nothing on me, and I'm not really sure what she hoped to accomplish! So today is back to drama-free and I'm hungry but I feel great and I know I can stay on plan today. Off to get my morning eggs! Saw a good number on the scale this morning, although my official weigh-in isn't 'til Friday...
