im worried. usually by this time in the week i sort of feel some sort of change. i just want this to work.. even if its just 1lb at least i kno my body is responding.. I follow a keto routine breakfast, lunch nd dinner, i exercise everysay nd walk every morning.. is there anything else that i should be doing or not doing .. im really worried.. 😔

I drink about 5-7 cups a day. I have actually increased my water intake this week. I was thinking that it was the water.. lol.. idk maybe my body is retaining the water.. i try to stay optimistic..

Your doing 👌🏽GREAT !!!!! The only thing I can see with ur notes is that u walk and exercise so muscle does weigh more than fat so ur body could be firming up/ toning which the scale will register a lil higher number or u will be at a stand still weight ........ DONT LET NUMBERS DISCOURAGE U CUZ UR DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT !!!!!!😁

radishes and celery are a great diuretic. Will help to get rid of any bloat.

What ConFon and 8Patty said! Sounds like you might be adding muscle mass. Focuse more on how things are fitting or on gains you are making during exercising (easier, faster, feeling stronger). Also you may be hitting a balance between BMR and calorie intake. Bottom line is don't get wrapped up chasing a number on the scale and focus more on the gains/progress where it really matters.

Thank you all. Yes its my first attempt losing weight. I was never heavy. But wow. I'm still learning. So muscle mass..sh!# am i exercising too much. I do have an abundance of energy. I am lighter on my feet. I guess i always thought that the number on the scale was key..have so much to learn. Thank u, thank u all for the new information.. u guys are awesome. ☺
