running in a bit on my lunch break. then sit ups in the park... woot?
power yoga after work.
ok lets do this.
115.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

well no sit ups... park not exactly great for running. Instead I ran around the neighborhood. Felt great actually. I think I can do this. Work it in everyday. Sweet!
