I basically ate a shit ton of "comfort food" and didn't work out a stitch. I am completely exhuasted. Idk why. But im too exhuasted to do anything. I'm failing so far this week. I'm going to detox starting tomorrow with a 3-5 day water fast. My poor body needs it.
