Slowly getting back into some form of normality. Now able to get out side in the warm sunshine . Which is a nice thing . Slowly but surely I am losing a bit at a time . Maybe some sacrifices on the way, if that is the case then it has to be done . Positive thoughts are coming to the front again . Stopping the horrible stuff raising above again . I am in a good place in my mind and I ain't going to give that up easily . Xx
