Frustrated! Back at gym full-force 4-5 days a week working out 1.5 to 2 hours and not going over 1500 cals or less a day...why can i not lose the weight! My Hubby thinks it's because i am building muscle....we'll see.
234.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 84.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
