Everything looks delicious! Brussel sprouts are one of my favorite veggies. I have to pre-weigh my serving or I could and probably would just keep eating them! :)

As I bemoan three days of massive popcorn dinners, I wanted to know if folks realize that Brussels sprouts have about 1 carb per sprout. 1 cup has 8 net carbs and you get about 7-8 in a cup. Nutritious, fiber, and GI tract friendly, still a great option.
