since Thur. 6/14 I have ben traveling to and from or on St. Simon's Island, GA playing golf, playing poker, reminiscing, eating and drinking with ol' teammates...great time, but I wasn't disciplined, however, I didn't go nuts
224.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
