Really annoyed with myself for not sticking to my diet. Have been snacking and doing less exercise, and it really shows. My belt wants to go back up a notch but i wont let it!
I haven't been on here and that is another reason why i have failed in these past weeks. I need the focus of inputting what i eat and do, that way i will snack less. (hopefully)
153.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
