Today I worked for 5 crazy hours, during a 50% off sale at the store I work at, walking the whole time (kind of like interval walking, with a few seconds break between bouts of walking constantly), and had a root canal (part 2). I started with higher calories (I like to start with an Egg McMuffin if I'm working mornings, doesn't happen every week, so it's a treat, and this time I added the hash browns because I knew I would need the energy!I knew the day would be all walking) and ended with soup (because of my root canal). According to my little stopwatch at the top, I burned 1690 more calories than I took in. Great! (I might even have a snack tonight!) Now I have 2 days off, so I should stick closer to my 1200 or so calories, which should be easy, as I probably will be on Yogurt and applesauce tomorrow.
