Still in the right direction. I had two days where my fat ratios were in the 60%'s. I try to do 70% fat or more, 20% or less protein and 10% less carbohydrates. Weight still dropping. Two more weeks to go.
173.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 33.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
