A year ago I started a diet and did really well. I lost 25 pounds in about 3.5 months. On August 23, 2011 I had a miscarriage. My husband and I had been trying on and off for 7 years with no luck. To have our first success end in a miscarriage was devastating. I quickly started to gain back the weight. It hovered around a 5 pound gain for about 6 months. Then my husband lost his job and 15 more pounds have come back.
In the last 2-3 weeks I've really noticed how terrible I am feeling. I'm have knee and feet pain again. I'm feeling big and puffy again. I didn't realize how bad I was feeling before I had lost the 25 pounds.
I've got to get back on track. I need to take the emotions and stress and fight back against them. I have a very long road ahead of me to get to a healthy weight. I don't like the way I look or the way my body feels. It is time to take back control and move forward. I'm starting over today. Back to counting all my calories and exercising after work 3+ times a week.

I wish you the best of luck getting healthy again! I suffered 3 miscarriages before my first baby was born. I just kept thinking it has to work out one of these times. Then after my first little guy was born I suffered another miscarriage. But the next 4 were keepers so please don't give up hope. Prayers to you~
