I forgot to change the type of diet I am following. When I renewed my membership with Jenny Craig in January, I have been (trying) to only eat the planned menu meals on the Jenny Craig Rapid Results meal plans. I just need to stick to the plan, not eat anything extra, drink at least 60 oz. of water a day and be sure to eat during the 12 hour time so that I am fasting for at least 12 hours on this plan. I want to be at my goal weight by my birthday this year, September 30th and should be there by then (if I quit the extra snacking)!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
