I have to admit that I wish I could get back the will and determination I had a month ago. I need to get it back. I've lost almost 20 pounds, and I want to keep going, so I have to get my will power back. I can do it, obviously I've done part of it, I just have to keep going. I leave for vacation with my family in 12 days, and I need to get control before I go and manage to at least maintain while I'm there!! No more excuses, no more weak moments, it's not gonna come off unless I work at it, 100% and I know it!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 June 2012:
1429 kcal Fat: 35.78g | Prot: 117.82g | Carb: 153.23g.   Breakfast: egg, coffee. Lunch: great value skim milk, coleslaw reser's, tilapia ocean eclipse. Dinner: mcdonalds bacon ranch grilled chicken sandwich. Snacks/Other: frozen strawberries great value, protein powder, great value skim milk, blueberry yogurt great value fat free, blueberries,  light string cheese, watermelon. more...

You are SOOOO close to "one"derland. How good would that feel knowing you've broken such a huge goal before heading off to vacation? What is your weakest moment? An unplanned lunch? Late night snacking? Locate your most often used weakness and create a plan ahead of time to stop yourself for derailing. Try to outsmart yourself by pre-planning. That's what I'm going for this week to see if it helps.
