Hey guys, I need some tips. What's the % of fat, protein, and carbs we are supposed to stick to to be Keto? So far I'm having a hard time figuring out this stuff. I've completely cut out deserts, bread, crackers, pasta, potatoes, carrots, and any other carbs I can think of. Accept for fruit occasionally, I've got a long journey ahead of me if I don't start loosing weight. I've actually lost 10 pounds in 8 days but that was before I started Keto
