I was weighing every day but like patty said, the ups & downs got me crazy. I became a bit discouraged & obsessive. I just recently decided to do once a week

Most every single morning but I don’t worry about going up and down...when ever my body decides to go up up up then ill worry

I weigh daily, but only record the losses. I personally like being able to see the fluctuations and take it in as information and not the end all be all. If I ever stop taking it in that way and get upset about the ups and downs, I would reduce my weigh-ins to biweekly!

Daily. Record the up's and down's. I'm a big believer in every success is built upon past failures.

Every morning with a balance beam scale. I trust it, and because I leave the weight in position, I can immediately tell if I am up or down.

I do it every morning. I'm trying to get a feel for how different foods affect me. I don't stress about the fluctuation but it keeps me accountable.
