Super Saturday
Good morning everyone...
Ive been weighing monthly lately...this weigh in was just 2 weeks in... No, not that I'm impatient... but as you know I have been measuring myself...
and as we get closer to our goal and our body becomes closer to that comfortable weight we slow down... even stall...
my measurements 2 weeks ago waist-29.5 hips-37.5 thigh-20 everything is still the same in inches except my hips for a 2 wk. period.. hips are now 37. down 1/2 inch..so I needed to see if I was losing wt. or maybe that I would have to change things up to lose wt.....I was 141.4 2 wks. ago...I'm now 139.2 and that is normal for me with a loss of about 1.25- 1.5 a week... this will slow down more as I reach my goal of 135 lbs....
I have decided to take DO N OKs advise that he gave to me. Im going to lose an extra 5 lbs from my goal so I will go down to 130 lbs. instead...just to make sure that when I do introduce foods...I will have that 5 lb. lead way so as not to focus on my weight loss.. more than my maintaining... I still am going to need much more work on my mindset with my new life style though.
I have heard that maintaining is harder than losing... also fluctuation is always been a huge part of my digesting certain foods...
I found out being here and experimenting with certain foods and journaling that many foods can play a huge part with my fluctuation and what can go up 3-5 lbs. in fluctuation returns after a 24 hr. period to the norm for me...
so as not to think Im not successful with my goal..I will lose and extra 5 lbs. so that I may learn how my body reacts to the maintaining part when I finally reach this.

Sounds like you've got a good plan! And I think 1-1.5 pounds a week is a good drop, it's healthy 🙂. You'll reach that goal and maintain, I have all the faith in you! Have a great Saturday!

Jennifer... sweetie thank you.... and I know I will get to goal...but this time around I want to live this way..not just let it be a quick fix because I let myself go in the fall to whatever I wanted I ate....its going to be a challenge but I'm a fast learner...its just I'm doing the teaching...double edge sword for me lol...you have a great day to my friend..xoxoxo;)

Well thank you Steven it feels to me 100% that this should be the direction I should be heading..and then learn more about what my body will tolerate during the learning curve of maintaining..all...its about learning... funny I didn't ever view it that way before..hope you and your family have a pleasant weekend:)
